Types
Dried figs - open mouth (101)
Dried figs are sorted according to their sizes, openness and color. Open mouth figs are called 101. And their sizes are graded in A, AA, AAA, groups. the best and largest is called parak and then we have AAA type. If we have the open and closed figs mixed together then it’s called “AS” type.
Dried figs - closed mouth
They can divided to dark and light ones. closed mouth figs types are grade A, AA, and AAA from small to large.
Pressed figs
Pressed figs are dried figs made slightly wet pressed into especial molds and packed. they have the sweet taste and fresh aroma.
